Doors at 8:15pm
Sala Las Olas opens its doors at 8:15pm, fifteen minutes ahead of the show itself. Tables are arranged around a central stage rather than in fixed theatre rows, which suits the room to groups — a birthday party or a few couples sharing a table rather than a single line of seats facing forward. Drinks start from the moment you sit: wine, beer, soft drinks and water are unlimited from the first pour, on either ticket.
The menu arrives with the show
The show starts at 8:30pm, and the five-course tasting menu begins landing alongside it rather than being cleared away before the lights come up. Vegetarian and vegan versions are available, and any allergy or intolerance needs flagging at least 24 hours ahead of your date.
The interval
A fifteen-minute pause sits between the two halves of the night, closer to a kitchen breather than a dramatic cliffhanger — enough time for plates to catch up before the second half picks up.
Gold or Platinum, the same night
Whichever ticket you book, you're eating the same menu and drinking from the same unlimited bar. Platinum's difference is entirely about where you're sitting — closer to the stage — and one extra pour, a glass of cava, that Gold doesn't include.
Dress and age
Scandal is for guests 16 and over, and the dress code is smart-casual: long trousers for men, and no swimwear, sandals or flip-flops. It's a step up from beach clothes without needing black tie.
After the curtain
The show runs to somewhere around 11pm — book your taxi or rideshare home for after eleven rather than for an earlier hour.
